Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the SYNC`D app and services (the "Service") provided by Kith to Kin Collective, LLC ("we," "us"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility & Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for keeping your credentials secure.

2. The Service

SYNC`D connects mentees with mentors for 1:1 video sessions. Mentors are independent individuals, not employees or agents of Kith to Kin Collective, LLC. We do not guarantee any specific outcome from a mentorship session.

3. Membership & Billing

  • Browsing the directory is free. A paid monthly membership unlocks booking and messaging.
  • Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play and renew automatically each month until canceled.
  • You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store or Google Play account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • There is no free trial. Except where required by law or store policy, payments are non-refundable.

4. Session Recording & AI Features

Sessions may be recorded to generate AI summaries, transcripts, and action items. By joining a session you consent to such recording and processing as described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including harassing other users, sharing unlawful or infringing content, attempting to circumvent payment, or disrupting the Service. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

6. Conduct Between Users

Mentors and mentees agree to interact respectfully and professionally. Reviews must be honest and based on genuine experiences.

7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kith to Kin Collective, LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Kith to Kin Collective, LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
