  • Mentor & scheduling data — availability, bookings, and session history.
  • Communications — messages you exchange with mentors or mentees, and any support requests.
  • Session content — video sessions may be recorded to generate AI summaries, transcripts, and action items.

Information collected automatically

  • Device & usage data — device type, app version, IP address, and in-app activity and analytics.
  • Subscription data — your subscription status and entitlements. Payments are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play; we do not collect or store your full payment card details.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • Operate, maintain, and improve the Service, including matching, booking, messaging, and video sessions.
  • Generate AI session summaries, transcripts, and action items.
  • Manage subscriptions and entitlements.
  • Send service-related notifications and respond to support requests.
  • Protect against fraud, abuse, and security threats.

3. Service Providers

We share data with trusted providers only as needed to run the Service, including cloud infrastructure and database hosting (Google Firebase), subscription management (RevenueCat and the app stores), video sessions, and AI transcription/summarization. These providers process data on our behalf under appropriate safeguards.

4. Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You may request deletion as described below.

  • Access, update, or delete your account information from within the app.
  • Manage notification settings on your device.
  • Manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store or Google Play account.

SYNC`D is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your region), and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
