SYNC`D is a 1:1 mentorship platform. It connects you with vetted mentors who've been where you want to go, makes it easy to book focused 30-minute video sessions, and helps you turn each conversation into goals you can act on.
How does matching work?
You browse the full directory and filter by industry, skill, and years of experience, then read profiles, ratings, and reviews to pick the right person. The app also surfaces personalized mentor picks based on your goals.
How long is a session?
Every session is a focused 30 minutes. Short, structured sessions make it easy to book regularly and keep momentum going.
What does membership cost, and what does it unlock?
Browsing the directory and reading mentor profiles is free. A monthly membership unlocks booking and messaging with mentors. See the pricing page for current details. There's no free trial.
How do I cancel?
Subscriptions renew monthly until canceled. You can manage or cancel anytime in your App Store or Google Play account settings — the membership stays active through the end of the current billing period.
Are sessions recorded?
Sessions can be recorded so SYNC`D can generate an AI summary, transcript, and action items — letting you stay present instead of taking notes. See our Privacy Policy for how this data is handled.
Who are the mentors?
Mentors are experienced professionals — including people from teams like Google, Amazon, and Microsoft — who want to bridge the gap for the next generation. Each mentor has a full profile with skills, industries, and reviews.
