The wait is over. Your free Summer Mentorship Pass is here, and your mentor is just a few taps away. SYNC'D is brand new and we're still onboarding qualified mentors, so new faces arrive every week. You can meet with as many mentors as you like, and we hope you will: explore different perspectives, book multiple sessions, and make as many connections as you can this summer. Our SYNC'D Summer Mentorship Pass is officially live! From the moment you download and subscribe to SYNC'D, your mentoring sessions are completely free. Because this is a seasonal event, the earlier you join the more you get: new members receive up to 3 months of zero-cost mentoring, with later sign-ups getting 2 months and then 1. The sooner you join, the more free mentorship you unlock.

Hi, I'm Korbyn, the Founder of SYNC'D. Navigating tech as a minority woman, I learned the hard way that mentors who shared my background were rare. Not having one slows you down in ways that aren't your fault.

I built SYNC'D so you don't have to guess your way forward. You can't be what you can't see, and people like you, looking for someone who's been where you're going, are exactly who I built this for. Welcome.
