From Developer to Founder
Over a decade ago, I launched my career as a software developer. Throughout my journey navigating the tech industry, I experienced firsthand what it takes to break through systemic barriers and dismantle the concrete ceiling. But in 2024, despite reaching significant milestones in my own career, I looked around a room full of peers and recognized a familiar, painful truth: the room lacked representation, and that dynamic hadn't changed nearly enough in ten years.
